Compensation

Our compensation plan is recognized as one of the most generous in the direct selling industry, rewarding distributors for hard work, long-term commitment and leadership. With a network of nearly 130,000 active distributors in more than 30 countries, we pay our sales force more in commissions than most other established companies. In fact, our plan offers one of the largest earning opportunities in direct selling. In total, approximately 50% of product sales come back to the distributor force as commissions.

In 2004, we paid more than $68 million in commissions to our distributors. These commissions are in addition to the retail markup our distributors earn when they sell products to their customers.

Also, our compensation plan is seamless, it enables distributors to build sales organizations globally while getting paid in one check in local currency. This allows our distributors to look beyond their local country’s borders and establish business contacts in international markets.
