On January 13, 2016, we announced that the Board of Directors authorized an increase in the stock repurchase program from $15.0 million to $70.0 million. As of September 30, 2017, $32.0 million of the $70.0 million stock repurchase program remained available for future purchases, inclusive of related estimated income tax. Repurchases are expected to be executed to the extent that our earnings and cash-on-hand allow, and will be made in accordance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, including Rule 10b-18 of the Exchange Act.
