Natural Health Trends' Subsidiary Lexxus International, Inc. Changes Name to NHT Global, Adopts Logo

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2006----Natural Health Trends Corp. (NASDAQ: BHIP - News), a leading international direct selling company, today announced it has changed the name of its "Lexxus International" line of business to "NHT Global."

NHT Global reflects the connection between the parent company, Natural Health Trends Corp., and its operating subsidiaries that have been conducting the Lexxus International business worldwide, while also referencing the attributes of its direct selling business - natural, healthy, trend-setting products and business-building tools that improve the quality of life for customers and independent distributors around the globe.

The name change leverages the global nature of the business and better aligns corporate and product brand identities. Accompanying the name change is the release of a new company logo that will be used worldwide. The name change and new logo have already begun appearing on websites and materials and will begin appearing on products later this year.
